Quinoa Flakes with Blackberries and Goji berries

Quinoa Flakes! I am so grateful for this delicious nutritious food! Who has tried them? Do you like them thick or soupy? I love mine with fresh fruit and cinnamon!


1/2 C Quinoa Flakes
1 TBL Chia Seeds
1 TBL Hemp Seeds
1 TBL Flax Seeds
1 TBL Vitamineral Earth
1 TBL Coconut oil
1 TBL Yacon Syrup
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 TBL Goji Berries

Add about 1/2 cup of hot water or plant based milk and stir. Add more liquid to desired consistency.
Don’t forget to add fresh berries or nuts!
